While we train athletes of all types, each sport has specific demands that need to be accounted for when training an athlete. Certain sports have a significant amount of unilateral (uneven) movements – such as kicking with one dominant leg in soccer, swinging from one side of the plate and throwing with one arm in baseball, and shooting right or left-handed in hockey and lacrosse. There’s also unilateral bias in football and basketball and these factors need to be addressed as well.

We train all sorts of athletes, but currently specialize in the following sports:
- Baseball (Driveline Baseball)
- Track and Field – Throws Coaching (Discus, Shot Put)
- Football
- Rugby
- Basketball
- Wrestling
